 When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (you may cut the sealing strips for inspection of the item);

• items that have been properly assembled or attempted to be assembled cannot be returned;

• the item must not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise harmed by the Buyer;

• in the event that the reason for returning the goods is unsuitable quality, we undertake to replace the poor quality item with a good quality item at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the item;

• the item must retain its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply if a low-quality item is being returned);

• the returned item must be of the same completeness as received by the Buyer;
• All returned goods must be delivered to UAB Mavy studija headquarters at Juozapavičisu 7K Kaunas; the buyer must arrange transportation.

Money is refunded only to the client's specified bank account by transfer.

The return of good quality goods is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

24 months warranty for items purchased on mmirror.eu

The warranty does not apply to items with defects about which clients are informed.

The main characteristics of each product sold on www.mmiror.eu are generally indicated in the product description next to each product. All products sold on www.mirrorsled.com come with a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and other conditions of which can be found in the product descriptions. After purchasing the goods, it is necessary to carefully inspect them before assembly.

Warranty conditions:

• the buyer follows the instructions provided with the product when assembling it;
• the product was used for its intended purpose and maintained according to maintenance rules;
• the warranty applies to product quality defects arising from the manufacturer's fault and product transportation by the seller's transport.

The buyer loses warranty service in the following cases:

• the goods were damaged due to the buyer's fault;
• the buyer did not follow the assembly instructions provided with the product when assembling it;

Please note that:

• The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally wearing parts of the goods;
• In the event that the reason for returning the goods is unsuitable quality, we undertake to replace the poor quality item with a good quality item at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the item.

Please report any observed defects during the use of the LED mirror using the contacts provided on the website www.mmirror.eu or by email at info@mmirror.eu. During the warranty period, MirrorsLED will rectify quantitative or qualitative discrepancies or replace them with quality ones at its own expense. 

In the event that you purchased one of these items and found it to be of poor quality, you have the right to return such an item to us within 24 months from the date of delivery to you. In such a case, the poor quality item will be replaced free of charge with a quality item, or the money paid will be refunded to you. Poor quality items are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001. If hidden defects are noticed during the warranty period (24 months), please photograph them and immediately send us the photo by email to info@mmirror.eu. The manufacturer of the product will then determine whether the product defect is covered by the warranty, i.e., whether the product defect is manufacturing. We will immediately inform you of the manufacturer's decision by the contact means you provide.

14-day return guarantee for standard size items

A Buyer who has purchased a standard size Item from mmirror.eu has the right to return it within 14 calendar days without stating a reason, counting from the date of delivery.

For items manufactured according to individual dimensions, the 14-day return guarantee without a specified reason does not apply.

For an undamaged and good quality item, the Buyer will be refunded the money paid to the specified bank account by bank transfer.

Damaged or poor quality items will not be accepted back.

The buyer covers the costs of returning the item.
